It would be my absolute honor to represent you.
I am an Atlanta native and received my Undergraduate Degree from Georgia State University. After living in Miami, FL and New York City for a brief period of time, I returned to Georgia and received my law degree from Mercer University School of Law in Macon, GA in 2014.
I started my career as a Prosecutor in Atlanta where I was quickly promoted by District Attorney Paul L. Howard Jr. to lead the Community Prosecution Division. During my time as a prosecutor I worked on numerous felony cases including drug cases, armed robberies, and attempted murder cases to name a few. I have also worked on numerous criminal justice initiatives including Atlanta's Pre-Arrest Diversion Program, the Fulton County Record Restriction Summit and efforts and initiatives related to police misconduct and excessive use of force.
I am extremely passionate about criminal defense. I have worked with clients facing the most serious punishment, including the death penalty, and know how important it is to be there every single step of the way. I have also handled numerous appeals in Georgia, and successfully argued in front of the Georgia Supreme Court which resulted in the reversal of my client's kidnapping conviction.
As a former prosecutor, I know all of the ins and outs of a criminal case. I know the strategies that prosecutors use in negotiations and during trial, I know what to look for when examining police reports and I know how to effectively communicate for you.
Simply put, I want to fight for you. Call me today at 678- 653- 0830
